How much time do hosts have to respond?

With Sinistar, the hosts come to you — not the other way around.

Once your request is submitted, we contact hosts located near your desired area. Most hosts have up to 24 hours to respond with a quote. In some cases, this deadline may be extended to allow additional hosts to participate.

During this time, a Sinistar agent reviews all incoming offers and selects the best option based on quality and price. The agent will then contact you to present the recommended accommodation. If the first option doesn’t suit your needs, another offer will be proposed.

If you decide to accept a quote, you’ll be asked to sign the rental contract. Once signed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email, and your temporary accommodation will be secured.
