We understand that you may not want to receive rental offers for an accommodation that is already rented. Thankfully, you have options to avoid receiving offers unnecessarily.
The method depends on the type of rental.
You don’t have to do anything: our system knows that your accommodation is rented. You won’t receive any offers that overlap with your current rental.
During the rental period, the status “Rental in progress” appears on that listing in your dashboard.
If you have not rented your accommodation via Sinistar, you can still pause the offers. Simply indicate the period in which your accommodation is unavailable in your dashboard.
Follow these steps:
Go to My listings in your dashboard.
Next, click the three dots (...) and select "Update availability".
Select the length that the listing is unavailable for (start date to end date) and click save.
